About The Position

Workout Anytime is seeking a high-energy individual to serve as an "Owner of the Shift." This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in both closing sales and maintaining an elite-level facility, embodying the "Strength and Support" brand. The position involves a dual focus on sales and growth, and maintaining facility excellence through a "white-glove" environment and adherence to strict cleaning and maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates effectively with management, and possesses a "Yes, and..." attitude, preferring action over desk work.

Ability to handle customer transactions accurately
Experience with CRM software (GymSales preferred)
Ability to make at least 10 outbound calls per day
Comfortable selling amenities like Sauna, Tanning, and Massage Chairs

Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 10 outbound calls a day to book appointments using provided leads and scripts.
Manage sales pipeline and follow up with future members using GymSales CRM.
Sell the value of amenities such as Sauna, Tanning, and Human-Touch Massage Chairs.
Proactively check the gym floor every hour to ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is spotless.
Follow a strict daily cleaning and maintenance schedule.
Communicate any maintenance, cleaning, or member issues to management immediately.
Accurately handle customer transactions and open/close the register with zero errors.
