About The Position
EXOS is seeking a Fitness Floor Staff Member to supervise the fitness floor and help members use safe and effective exercise form. The role also involves enforcing club policies, maintaining daily equipment maintenance and cleaning logs and schedules, and responding to members’ concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Other tasks may be assigned.
Requirements
- Current CPR/AED certification, or the ability and willingness to obtain it upon hire.
- An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous health club or hospitality experience.
- Current enrollment in Kinesiology courses or a Personal Training Certification course.
Responsibilities
