About The Position

EXOS is seeking a Fitness Floor Staff Member to supervise the fitness floor and help members exercise safely and effectively. The role also involves enforcing club policies, maintaining daily equipment maintenance and cleaning logs and schedules, and responding to members’ concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Other tasks may be assigned.

Requirements

• Have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Have superior customer service skills.
• Hold a current CPR/AED certification, or be willing and able to obtain one upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Previous health club or hospitality experience.
• Current enrollment in Kinesiology courses or a Personal Training Certification course.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the fitness floor and assist members in using safe and effective exercise form during workouts.
• Enforce club policies.
• Maintain daily logs of equipment maintenance and cleaning, along with schedules.
• Respond to members’ concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
