About The Position

RideNow - Daytona Beach is seeking an energetic, positive, and customer-focused seasonal Sales Associate to join its sales team. The role helps customers find and purchase powersports vehicles by providing product knowledge, guiding them through the sales process, and maintaining strong customer relationships. No riding or sales experience is required. The position includes commission plus training pay and requires working weekends and peak sales periods.

• Ability to move safely and efficiently through indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas while remaining aware of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) checks, and drug testing.

• Work with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Help maintain the showroom and set up vehicle displays.
