About The Position

Indian Motorcycle Daytona is seeking an energetic, positive, and customer-focused Fit Specialist to join its sales team. No riding or sales experience is required. The role helps customers select and purchase powersports vehicles by providing product knowledge, guiding them through the sales process, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting dealership sales goals. The position also includes showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup. This is a seasonal position.

• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn product knowledge and follow a sales process.
• Punctuality.
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods.
• Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850 pounds.
• Ability to safely and efficiently move through indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas while remaining aware of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR checks, and drug testing.
