The Motorcycle Technician provides dependable, high-quality vehicle service and performs maintenance, repair, and customization work according to factory specifications. Technicians are expected to complete work within scheduled or allotted time when possible, maintain productivity, and help keep the shop clean.

Requirements

• Ability to arrive on time and work the posted schedule.
• Completion of a factory-authorized training program, such as MMI Service School.
• Current motorcycle license.
• Experienced technicians must provide basic and specialized tools; entry-level technicians will be provided the necessary tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality vehicle service to customers.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible.
• Maintain productivity (time spent working) as close to 100% as possible.
• Accept work assignments from the Service Advisor or Manager.
• Perform service, repair, and customization work according to factory specifications.
• Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.
