About The Position

As a Fish Host/Hostess, you will greet and assist customers, manage wait lines, answer product questions, offer recommendations, and weigh and price products ordered at the service bar. You will help ensure a positive shopping experience while supporting the smooth operation of the department.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Entry-level position; no prior experience is required.
Ability to safely use tools and equipment used in the daily operation of the department.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and help them feel welcome.
Select, package, weigh, and price products ordered by customers at the service bar.
Answer product questions and offer recommendations.
Manage customer wait lines.
Keep the work area organized and clean.
Follow health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members and offer assistance where needed.
Assist with other assigned duties.
Represent the store positively and uphold its S.T.E.W. values in interactions with customers and team members.
