Fish Host/Hostess
About The Position
Host/Hostesses interact directly with customers at the service bars. They answer specific product questions, offer recommendations, and package and price products ordered by customers. The role includes helping customers select fish, keeping the workstation clean and safe, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the department’s daily needs. The department is colder than room temperature because its products are highly perishable. The position requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75 pounds, as well as occasional climbing and reaching.
