About The Position
The Fish Host interacts directly with customers at the service bars by answering product questions, offering recommendations, and packaging and pricing customer orders. The role includes helping customers select fish, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting the department’s daily needs. The position also involves working with the grill in the kitchen. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The department is colder than room temperature because its products are highly perishable. The position requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling, with a maximum weight of 75 pounds, and occasional climbing and reaching.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
