This position focuses on completing a wide range of accounting and fiscal tasks that support important Mental Health, Intellectual Disabilities, and Early Intervention programs. As a Fiscal Technician, you will perform the following duties: Budget Support: Assist with developing, preparing, and monitoring program budgets and financial forecasts. Account Maintenance: Maintain accounting structures, cost allocations, inventory controls, and audit requirements. Financial Processing: Prepare and reconcile deposits, vouchers, billing records, and various program accounting documents. Fiscal Reporting: Compile reports, review accounts, and support agency analysis of financial data. Contract Monitoring: Participate in fiscal monitoring of contracts and assist with tracking fixed assets.
