POSITION SUMMARY: The Fiscal Compliance Supervisor leads the organization's grant, contract, and fiscal compliance function and serves as the primary financial compliance resource for assigned funding sources, programs, and business units. This position oversees contract invoicing, financial reporting, budget development, forecasting, compliance monitoring, and funding agency requirements while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accountability throughout the compliance function. The Fiscal Compliance Supervisor supervises and develops assigned accounting staff, establishes workload priorities, and promotes cross-training and professional development. The position serves as a strategic fiscal partner to Program Directors, Development leadership, Goodwill Commercial Services leadership, and departmental management while maintaining effective internal controls, standardized compliance processes, and reporting practices. Status: Regular, Full-time, Non-exempt. Location: Workforce Development Center - 118 52nd St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 External Hiring Range: $66,00-$75,00 Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.
