The Staff Accountant – Fiscal Compliance & Financial Operations provides accounting, financial reporting, billing, budgeting, and compliance support across the Financial Services Department. This position serves as a flexible resource supporting fiscal compliance activities, financial operations, departmental projects, reporting requirements, and organizational initiatives. The position works closely with the Fiscal Compliance Supervisor, Senior Staff Accountants, Finance Manager, and departmental leadership to support Human Services programs, Development philanthropy grants, Goodwill Commercial Services contracts, and other assigned funding sources and business units. The position helps ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, compliance with funding requirements, effective financial stewardship, and continuity of operations. This role is intended to provide broad exposure to nonprofit accounting, fiscal compliance, and financial operations while supporting the day-to-day needs of the department.
