Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, professional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Diagnose and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using internal CRM systems.
Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional departments to escalate complex cases.
Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, response time targets, and quality benchmarks.
Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Participate in ongoing training programmes to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
Identify recurring customer pain points and communicate insights to management for service improvement.
