About The Position

The Finisher I performs finishing operations, including mass finishing, cleaning, and passivation, on medical instruments and implants to meet customer requirements. The role helps ensure products meet quality and compliance standards. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with inspection tools and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain finishing equipment to smooth, polish, clean, and passivate medical devices and implants.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and inspection sheets to meet quality specifications.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and enter data into company systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain an organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Cross-train in other finishing processes.
• Follow company policies and procedures, with particular attention to safety regulations, and wear personal protective equipment according to safety and training guidelines.
