About The Position

Every precision aerospace casting starts rough. Your work helps give it the shape, surface, and finish it needs to move forward. As a Finisher at PCC Structurals - Carson City, you'll use hand and power tools to grind, blend, deburr, smooth, and inspect metal castings. You'll remove excess material, correct surface imperfections, and make sure each part meets the required workmanship and dimensional standards. No aerospace finishing experience? That's okay - we'll train you! If you're comfortable using tools, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in seeing a clear before-and-after result, this could be a great fit. Finishing is more than operating a grinder. You'll learn how different tools, abrasives, casting surfaces, and measurement techniques work together to produce a part that meets exact quality requirements. We'll provide the training. You bring mechanical curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
