About The Position

C Global Inc. is seeking an intermediate-level Finish Painter who has a solid foundation in painting and surface preparation and is ready to develop advanced finishing skills under the direction of the Project Manager. This position supports high-end residential construction and private-property projects where careful preparation, clean workmanship, and consistent finishes are essential. The ideal candidate can work independently on routine painting tasks, accepts coaching, and is motivated to strengthen spray-painting and specialty-finishing techniques.

Requirements

One to three years of painting, finishing, surface-preparation, or closely related construction experience preferred; equivalent demonstrated skill will be considered.
Working knowledge of brushes, rollers, masking methods, sanding equipment, caulking, patching, and basic coating application.
Some exposure to spray-painting equipment or a strong willingness and ability to learn spray application under supervision.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, product data sheets, safety requirements, and established quality standards.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, color awareness, and depth perception.
Dependable attendance, professional conduct, and willingness to receive instruction and corrective feedback.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and cooperatively as part of a construction team.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Experience producing high-quality finishes in luxury residential, custom-home, millwork, cabinetry, or occupied-property environments.
Experience using airless, HVLP, or similar spray systems.
Knowledge of stains, lacquers, clear finishes, specialty coatings, and finish-repair techniques.
OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete required safety training.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record when driving is required for the assignment.

Responsibilities

Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, masking, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, filling, and priming.
Apply paint, primer, stain, sealer, clear coat, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Assist with and develop proficiency in spray application, including equipment setup, masking and containment, material preparation, test patterns, application, cleanup, and basic maintenance.
Produce smooth, uniform finishes on walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinetry, millwork, and other detailed surfaces as assigned.
Mix and match materials according to manufacturer instructions and project specifications while minimizing waste.
Protect occupied spaces, finished work, furniture, fixtures, landscaping, and adjacent surfaces from dust, overspray, and damage.
Inspect work for runs, sags, uneven coverage, surface defects, and color or sheen inconsistencies; complete touch-ups and corrections promptly.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly clean, store, and account for tools, spray equipment, and materials.
Communicate material needs, job progress, quality concerns, and delays to the Project Manager or designated supervisor.
Coordinate respectfully with project managers, superintendents, other trades, vendors, clients, and property staff.
Follow safety requirements for ladders, scaffolds, respirators, ventilation, coatings, solvents, and hazardous-material handling.
Perform other painting, finishing, and related project duties within the employee's training and capabilities.
