About The Position

Bayland Buildings is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to work with crew members on finish carpentry for commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive compensation and benefits at an employee-owned company. The work includes installing trim and door frames, hanging doors, and installing bath partitions. The role involves physical labor, regular lifting, travel, and outdoor work in variable weather conditions.

Requirements

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0–50 lbs from ground to shoulder and 0–80 lbs from ground to carry height).
Ability to perform physical labor.
Ability to operate hand and power tools and equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Driver’s license.
