About The Position

The Finish Sprayer is responsible for finishing materials using a spray gun and following operating procedures, techniques, and quality standards established by Benedettini Cabinetry. The sprayer visually inspects each piece before and after application to ensure quality. Duties may vary according to the needs of the position; the listed responsibilities are not exhaustive.

Requirements

• Pass the company drug screen and background screen.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Act professionally and cooperatively toward management and coworkers.
• Dependability, including punctuality and adherence to the established work schedule.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of experience painting cabinets or experience in autobody painting.

Responsibilities

• Follow the schedule for spray booths.
• Count doors and frames to ensure all pieces are accounted for.
• Obtain management approval of the color for each job before spraying.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Visually inspect each piece before and after application for quality.
• Finish materials using a spray gun according to operating procedures, techniques, and Benedettini standards.
