About The Position

The Paint Sprayer handles a paint gun and follows Aludec painting techniques, process cards, and quality protocols to produce parts that meet Aludec’s quality standards. The role requires working in a manufacturing environment with changing temperatures and meeting strict deadlines. Employees must pass a vision test and be able to take direction from supervisors. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor or manager.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Benefits are available after 60 days of employment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED and/or equivalent work experience desired.
• Able to take direction from supervisors.
• Reliable attendance and a reliable form of transportation.
• Able to stand for long periods and remain on their feet for most of the shift.
• Able to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb, and regularly move or lift up to 20 pounds.
• Able to tolerate high and low temperatures and occasional extreme heat.
• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts and low to moderately loud noise.

• Learn and follow Aludec painting techniques and quality protocols.
• Follow process cards.
• Perform other duties assigned by a supervisor or manager.
