About The Position

The Finish Line Unloader works in the final stages of cabinet manufacturing, handling finished components carefully and preparing them for assembly. The role involves removing parts from the spray line and CEFLA finishing system, checking painted, stained, and glazed components for defects, and transporting materials to the appropriate assembly area. The position is suited to dependable, detail-oriented people who take pride in quality and teamwork. Motivated candidates may be trained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and production paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or cabinetry experience preferred; motivated candidates are willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Remove finished cabinet parts from the spray line and CEFLA finishing system.
• Inspect painted, stained, and glazed components for quality and finish defects.
• Load materials onto carts and transport them to the appropriate assembly area.
• Read work orders and production paperwork accurately.
• Document quality concerns and complete required reports.
• Safely operate air-powered tools and material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
