About The Position
This role involves installation of bathroom partitions and accessories, finish woodwork, sanding and finishing structural elements, and completing high-quality carpentry work while maintaining safety and production standards on-site.
Requirements
- Constructing and installing commercial bathroom partitions
- Installing restroom accessories including grab bars, mirrors, dispensers, and hardware
- Finish woodwork and detailed carpentry installation
- Sanding columns and beams to create smooth finished surfaces
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Working within active commercial job sites while maintaining safety and production standards
Responsibilities
- Install commercial bathroom partitions, hardware, and accessories
- Install restroom accessories including: Grab bars, Toilet paper dispensers, Mirrors, Hand dryers, Soap dispensers, Towel dispensers
- Perform finish carpentry and detailed woodwork installation
- Sand columns, beams, and wood surfaces to create smooth finished surfaces
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all installations are level, plumb, and completed to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work alongside project managers, foremen, and other trades to meet project deadlines
- Identify and resolve construction or installation issues in the field
- Follow OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
