About The Position

Tradesmen International is hiring experienced Finish Carpenters for projects in the Eugene, Oregon area. This is a first-shift opportunity with a pay rate of $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level. The position involves residential restoration, remodeling, and reconstruction work, with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality craftsmanship. Work may include occasional travel between Eugene and Salem jobsites.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong finish carpentry skills.
• Experience with residential remodeling and construction.
• Ability to perform both finish and occasional rough carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency with carpentry hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Eugene and Salem jobsites.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding construction work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, vanities, built-in shelving, and finish trim.
• Measure, cut, and install baseboards, crown molding, casing, and wainscoting.
• Hang, level, and trim doors and windows.
• Perform rough carpentry and framing as needed.
• Complete residential restoration, remodeling, and reconstruction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Measure and calculate material requirements.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
