Requirements

Skilled in Precision Carpentry & Custom Woodworking – Experience in crown molding, wainscoting, cabinetry, built-ins, coffered ceilings, and fine wood finishing.
Proficiency in Residential & Light Commercial Finish Work – Including door and window trim, baseboards, stair railings, mantels, shelving, and furniture installation.
Mastery of Fine Carpentry Tools – Ability to work with miter saws, routers, chisels, planers, finish nailers, clamps, and precision measuring tools.
Expert in Wood Joinery & Finishing Techniques – Including dovetailing, pocket joinery, wood veneer application, staining, and seamless caulking.
Attention to Detail & High Standards – Ability to deliver flawless, clean, and elegant finishes with minimal supervision.
Understanding of Wood Species & Finishing Materials – Experience working with hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, and specialty woods for the right look and durability.
Knowledge of Building Codes & Installation Best Practices – Must ensure all work is structurally sound, up to code, and enhances the space.
Reliable & Professional – Show up on time, clean up after yourself, and treat customers’ homes with care and respect.
Your Own Work Vehicle – A truck or van suitable for transporting materials and tools.
Your Own Tools – You’ll need to finish carpentry tools, including fine saws, precision routers, clamps, nailers, and levels.
Smartphone & Tech-Savvy – Must have a smartphone with reliable internet and be comfortable using our Field App daily to track jobs, update work orders, and communicate with the team.
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Perform precision carpentry and custom woodworking, including crown molding, wainscoting, cabinetry, built-ins, coffered ceilings, and fine wood finishing.
Complete residential and light commercial finish work, such as door and window trim, baseboards, stair railings, mantels, shelving, and furniture installation.
Utilize fine carpentry tools like miter saws, routers, chisels, planers, finish nailers, clamps, and precision measuring tools.
Apply expert wood joinery and finishing techniques, including dovetailing, pocket joinery, wood veneer application, staining, and seamless caulking.
Deliver flawless, clean, and elegant finishes with minimal supervision, demonstrating attention to detail and high standards.
Understand wood species and finishing materials, working with hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, and specialty woods.
Ensure all work is structurally sound, up to code, and enhances the space by following building codes and installation best practices.
Maintain a professional image by showing up on time, cleaning up after yourself, and treating customers' homes with care and respect.
