This role involves calling on a pre-determined group of retail accounts to present programs, new items, and opportunities based on monthly initiatives. The specialist will also call on accounts outside their assigned territory to assist with key initiatives and lead the development of Key Retail Groups through business reviews, presentations, and oversight of AR, pricing integrity, and shipment timeliness. The role requires expanding the footprint of MS Walker products in high-profile, high-volume, and high-potential accounts through sales presentations, display activity, shelf sets, cold box sets, and customer added value activities like in-store tastings. Collaboration with supplier representatives and MSW Brand Managers is essential for executing priorities, identifying volume and brand development opportunities, and securing exclusive partnerships. The specialist will be responsible for submitting progress reports, assisting in covering key accounts during vacations, and conducting/attending consumer and customer events. Communication with peers, management, and the office is key for transparency.
