About The Position
BizFirst is assisting a boutique consulting firm with recruiting for a Financial Transformation – FT&S role supporting the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) JFOSS program. The firm provides strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation support to the federal government. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position at Scott AFB, Illinois. The role supports federal financial process analysis, audit documentation, and corrective action planning. It also involves documenting workflows and assisting with change management and training materials. An interim Secret security clearance or higher is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Interim Secret security clearance or higher.
- Ability to research Federal financial standards, policies, and regulations to support analyses and client inquiries.
- Ability to prepare PBC responses, meeting agendas, and documentation for client walkthroughs and stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to compile finding details and supporting documentation and draft initial corrective action steps for root-cause analysis.
- Ability to document financial workflows, organizational processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to prepare presentation slides and reference materials for change management and training activities.
- Ability to create process maps, basic data models, and visual workflows using standard mapping tools.
Responsibilities
- Research Federal financial standards, policies, and regulations to support team analyses and client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing PBC responses, meeting agendas, and documentation for client walkthroughs and stakeholder meetings.
- Support root-cause analysis by compiling finding details, organizing supporting documentation, and drafting initial corrective action steps.
- Document current-state financial workflows, organizational processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in change management and training support activities, including drafting presentation slides and reference materials.
- Assist in creating process maps, basic data models, and visual workflows using standard mapping tools.
