About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I role at Bank of America is a developmental position focused on obtaining necessary securities licenses and learning foundational advisory skills. Upon obtaining licenses such as SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, the FSA will be trained in client relationship management, financial assessment, and providing advice. The role involves working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. Successful performance as an FSA Stage I typically leads to progression to FSA Stage II, where the focus shifts to growing and deepening client relationships within a portfolio. The Academy at Bank of America provides ongoing support, training, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements for mortgage originations, including background checks and registration in the federal system. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination. The role emphasizes building a career through world-class training, one-on-one coaching, and developing business knowledge through a consultative approach. It also involves earning required securities licenses within specified timeframes and building a professional network by interacting with diverse clients. The FSA will provide comprehensive advice, deliver client presentations, and collaborate with internal partners to meet client financial needs.
