About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I role at Bank of America is a developmental position focused on helping individuals obtain the necessary licenses to become financial advisors. The program includes dedicated training for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Upon licensing, trainees will learn foundational skills in client relationship management, financial assessment, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role progresses through stages, starting in a financial center, and offers opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. The program emphasizes a structured approach to learning, client engagement, and career development within an in-office culture that balances collaboration with flexibility.

  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
