About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role at Bank of America is a developmental position focused on obtaining necessary securities industry licenses and learning foundational advisory skills. The program includes dedicated training for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Upon licensure, individuals will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess financial needs, and provide advice and solutions. The role involves working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. Successful completion of Stage I typically leads to progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, with further opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. The position requires registration under the SAFE Act, involving a background check and federal registry submission.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
