About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate role at the Hollister Financial Center is a developmental position focused on helping individuals obtain the necessary Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66). Upon licensure, candidates will learn foundational advisory skills, including client relationship management, financial assessment, and providing advice and solutions. The role progresses through stages, starting with training and potentially moving into a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II position to deepen client relationships. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs and resources. This position requires registration under the SAFE Act, involving a background check and federal registry submission. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration can lead to termination. Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) within specified timelines.
  • Learn and apply foundational skills for client relationship management, needs assessment, and solution recommendation.
  • Deliver Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions in a financial center setting.
  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews/presentations.
  • Recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with appropriate solutions.
  • Build and manage client relationships, including banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients.
  • Register with the federal registry system as required by the SAFE Act and maintain good standing.
