The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role begins with dedicated training to obtain securities industry licenses, including the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65 in lieu of Series 66). The role then develops foundational financial advisory skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships; considering clients’ financial circumstances; and providing advice and solutions. After reaching key development milestones, the advisor works in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions and client care. Successful licensed FSA I employees typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they grow and deepen relationships within a client portfolio and may pursue other roles at Bank of America and Merrill. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including registration with the federal registry system and completion of the required background check and registration process. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in termination. The role is based at the Tarzana financial center and is scheduled Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, on first shift, for 40 hours per week. Compensation is $28.85–$33.65 per hour, determined based on experience, education, and skill set; the role has a base salary and is not incentive eligible. It is currently benefits eligible.
