About The Position

Momentum Financial Services Group (formerly Money Mart Financial Services) is a North American financial services company serving customers through retail locations and digital channels. The Financial Service Representative supports store profitability by delivering customer sales and service, processing transactions, handling cash, and helping customers find financial solutions. The role also includes contacting customers with past-due balances, negotiating payment arrangements, completing documentation, and following safety, security, and compliance requirements. The branch location is 704 E. Benson Blvd.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience.
• A passion for customer service.
• Previous cash-handling experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results on store profitability goals.
• Provide a quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of customer transactions.
• Determine customers’ needs and provide solutions that satisfy those needs.
• Handle cash and accurately enter transactions into the system.
• Contact customers by phone about past-due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules.
• Complete all documentation accurately.
• Follow safety, security, and compliance requirements.
