About The Position

Momentum Financial Services Group is hiring a Financial Service Representative for its Money Mart branch at 704 E. Benson Blvd. The role supports customers seeking everyday financial services, including personal lending and other financial solutions. The representative contributes to store profitability by delivering efficient, quality customer service and sales, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable solutions. The role also involves cash handling, accurate transaction processing and documentation, contacting customers about past-due balances, negotiating payment terms, and complying with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least one year of financial services and sales experience.
• A passion for customer service.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results on store profitability goals.
• Provide a quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of customer transactions.
• Determine customers' needs and provide solutions that satisfy those needs.
• Handle cash and accurately enter transactions into the system.
• Contact customers by phone about past-due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules.
• Complete all documentation accurately.
• Follow safety, security, and compliance requirements.
