About The Position

Goldenwest Credit Union is hiring a full-time Financial Service Representative at its Farr West, Utah location. The representative assists members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Compensation is $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus bonus and incentives.

Requirements

• Prior retail or consumer lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Open new accounts.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Match credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations required by law.
• Participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
