Finan Sales Associate - Store #19 Part-Time
About The Position
The Financial Sales Associate provides customers with information about the store’s financial services and promotes those services to increase Prospera sales. The role processes financial transactions using a computer, handles cash generated by transactions, provides high-quality customer service, follows policies and procedures, and maintains inventory of services under their custody. The associate keeps a supervisor informed of events requiring intervention, complies with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and contributes to a positive working environment. The position requires bilingual Spanish and English communication, computer and financial transaction experience, customer service skills, direct customer sales experience, knowledge of company policies and procedures, and the ability to work with little or no supervision. A high school diploma is required. Scheduling may vary and may include weekends and holidays. The work environment is typical of an office and retail store.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience operating computers and conducting financial transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in direct sales to customers.
- Understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work under little or no supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with information about financial services, with the goal of increasing Prospera sales.
- Promote financial services to customers visiting the store.
- Operate a computer and process financial transactions effectively.
- Handle cash generated by financial transactions.

- Comply with the manual of policies and procedures.
