Finan Sales Associate - Store #05 Part-Time
About The Position
The Financial Sales Associate delivers information to customers about available financial services, promotes those services to store visitors to increase Prospera Sales, and processes financial transactions using a computer. The role is responsible for transaction cash, inventory services in their custody, compliance with company policies and procedures and Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and providing a high level of customer service. The associate keeps a supervisor informed of events that may require intervention and helps maintain a good working environment. The position requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, customer service and direct sales experience, computer and financial transaction experience, and the ability to work with little or no supervision. A high school diploma is required. The schedule may vary and may include weekends and holidays. The work environment is typical of an office and retail store.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience operating computers and conducting financial transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in direct sales to customers.
- Understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work under little or no supervision.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with appropriate information about financial services, with the objective of increasing Prospera Sales.
- Promote financial services to customers visiting the store.
- Operate a computer and process financial transactions effectively.
- Be responsible for cash originating from financial transactions.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Comply with the manual of policies and procedures.
- Be responsible for inventory services under custody.
- Keep the supervisor informed of events that may require intervention.
- Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
- Help maintain a good working environment.
