About The Position

As a Financial Representative, you are the official face of Fidelity in the branch and help create a welcoming atmosphere through integrity and honesty. You build long-lasting client relationships by providing rewarding interactions, supporting front-lobby transactions, and serving as a subject matter specialist in compliance. You contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.

You provide daily support to Fidelity clients, deliver an exceptional experience, and make effective introductions that help drive branch success and growth. Fidelity provides training and onboarding in-branch, regionally, nationally, and virtually.

Requirements

• Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience provides a strong foundation for success.
• Superb interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with clients.
• Ability to assess client needs and identify opportunities.
• Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to embrace feedback, foster collaboration, and approach challenges with curiosity.
• Ability to obtain the required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; Fidelity provides resources and support to prepare.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services.
• A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications.
