About The Position

Uline is seeking a part-time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join its Finance team. The role supports accurate financial transactions and customer account records for the company. The position is based on-site at 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, Illinois, and is scheduled for 15–20 hours per week. Availability on Mondays and Fridays is required; Thursday availability is a plus. Pay is $25–$27 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match it to customer accounts.
