About The Position

Uline is seeking a part-time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join its Finance team at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role supports accurate financial transactions and customer account records for Uline’s North American business. The position requires 15–20 hours per week, with availability on Mondays and Fridays; Thursday availability is a plus. All positions are on-site.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Availability on Thursdays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match it to customer accounts.
