About The Position

Lead and oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management to support organizational objectives. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and ensure accurate, compliant financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration; professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, or corporate finance roles.
  • Proven experience preparing budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and management reports.
  • Proficiency with financial software and enterprise resource planning systems; advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams and engaging senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and long-term plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Prepare, manage and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and capital allocation to optimize liquidity and funding requirements.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and risk management processes; coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate finance team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
