About The Position

Manage planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through project close-out. Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Requirements

Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum five years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or project coordination on medium to large projects.
Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Experience in preparing and managing budgets, schedules, and procurement activities.
Familiarity with building codes, construction regulations, and industry best practices.
Proficiency with construction project management software and standard office applications; ability to travel between sites and work flexible hours as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet milestones and deadlines.
Prepare and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel to ensure work is completed to specification.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
Oversee site safety and quality control processes, conduct inspections, and address non-conformances.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders; prepare progress reports and documentation.
