About The Position
The Financial Counselor I at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) supports patients and their families by explaining payment options and assisting with financial processes. The role helps create a positive experience throughout patients’ healthcare journeys. The position is based in Orlando, Florida, and is full-time. Daytime schedule options are Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays currently required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial, business office, or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong typing skills.
- At least 1 year of PC/Windows experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
