About The Position

As a Financial Counselor I, you will help patients and their families navigate the financial aspects of their care. You will explain billing processes, assist with insurance verification, and help create a welcoming, informed experience during what can often be a stressful time. The role is located in Orlando, Florida, and is variable full-time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the Patient Financial Services Orientation program and required annual education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a financial, business office, or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong typing skills.
• At least 1 year of PC/Windows experience.
