The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst is responsible for all areas of financial and management reporting, planning and analysis. This role develops, updates, and maintains complex models to budget, forecast, analyze, and report financial data. It involves developing and performing monthly detailed financial analysis, including advanced financial modeling and monitoring business results and their impact on the bottom line. The analyst focuses on resolving complex problems where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes. They maintain full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, and may be considered an analytical or procedural expert. This role drives the provision of timely, accurate, and reliable financial management information and the running and enhancement of reporting systems. It includes completing regular and ad-hoc reporting, business reviews, and preparing key presentations and special projects. The analyst prepares and presents financial analysis to influence management decisions and may supervise day-to-day work of junior-level employees without a formal management role. The Project Analyst supports the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects by providing data-driven insights, tracking performance, and enhancing project controls. This role works closely with project managers, finance, and cross-functional teams to analyze project metrics, identify risks, and ensure projects stay aligned with schedules, budgets, and objectives.
