About The Position

The FAST Labs Finance function is seeking a Program Control Analyst II (GG09) to support a diverse product line involving production and research and development work across multiple sites. The role supports program financial execution and commercial-model financial strategies, as well as cost reconciliation and transfer activities for the microelectronics product catalog and commercial order ledger. The position is hybrid, with time split between the Merrimack, New Hampshire office and an alternate remote work location. Applicants must live within a reasonable commute of Merrimack or be willing to relocate there at their own expense. The role requires cross-functional communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work in an unstructured environment where responsibilities may evolve.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of applicable professional experience.
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to reconcile large amounts of data.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power BI Query.
Program Finance experience.
Experience with production and R&D programs.

Responsibilities

Provide program support and financial execution for the P&S program area.
Support implementation of financial strategies that support the Commercial model.
Support reconciliation and transfer of costs for the microelectronics product catalog, including commercial and non-commercial accounting.
Maintain the commercial order ledger, reconcile quantity moves, and process transfers to fulfill commercial orders.
Communicate cross-functionally with multiple organizations.
Work independently in an unstructured environment as the role evolves.
