About The Position
Lincoln Tech is hiring a Financial Aid Advisor for its Levittown, Pennsylvania campus. The role supports students pursuing career-focused training in skilled trades and other fields by guiding them through financial aid and Title IV funding processes. The advisor helps students move from application through Title IV clearance, maintains accurate student records, assists students with specialized funding needs, and works with campus and corporate financial aid colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of current financial aid experience in higher education.
- Experience with Title IV funding processes and compliance.
- Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and corporate financial aid teams.
- Detail-oriented approach to data management and file maintenance.
- Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide students through the complete financial aid process, from application to Title IV clearance.
- Manage student information systems, data entry, and electronic file maintenance.
- Support new, veteran, and agency students with specialized funding needs.
- Participate in campus orientations and student start events.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid Managers and Regional Directors.
