Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Customer service experience and working with the public required.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in person, online and on the phone to resolve billing questions/concerns.
- Help patients find options to resolve their balances.
- Maintain work queues and reports.
- Work with insurance companies and other third-party entities.
- Be a resource for other departments throughout the clinic.
