About The Position

The Finance Support Specialist I, Procure & Post (P&P), performs operational activities supporting the P&P Expense organization. The role supports timely, complete, and accurate requisitioning, ordering, transaction processing, documentation, and exception follow-up. Initial primary support is for ETA operations, including routine exception management, shared mailbox support, research and follow-up, documentation, and coordination with auctions, suppliers, and internal business partners. The role includes P&P requisitioning and transaction processing, ordering, requisition and invoice workflows, service-level performance, audits, and special assignments. The position pays an hourly base rate of $16.59–$24.86. The base rate may vary based on location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The role may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or an incentive program. Employment requires passing a pre-employment drug test.
