LifeGift is seeking a Finance Support Administrator to provide high-level personalized, reliable support to the Manager of Administrative Support and to the Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. This role involves handling information requests, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The administrator will also manage reservations and accommodations, assist the CFO during financial audits by overseeing timely completion of correspondence and audit follow-up, and update the CMS portal. Monthly, they will coordinate with the administrative support team to document all charges on accounts for cards, ensuring sufficient documentation for the Accounting team to pay before the due date. Additionally, the role includes assisting the IT team in maintaining a list of company-issued computer equipment and ensuring the confidentiality of all assigned tasks. This is an on-site role.
