About The Position

As a Finance Solutions - Digital Revenue Operations - Senior Manager, you will lead consulting work centered on Zuora Quote-to-Revenue solutions, helping clients improve operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. You will lead large projects, apply sound judgment, and guide teams through complex work while delivering clear, impactful messages and coaching others through changing priorities within PwC’s Advisory practice. You will work across finance operations and digital core modernization efforts, using business application consulting knowledge to help clients streamline revenue operations and adapt Zuora solutions to their business needs.

The role may require travel up to 60%. The salary range is $124,000–$280,000, with actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 years of experience.

• A Master's or Master of Business Administration degree is preferred.
• Skills in Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, or Zuora Revenue.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition automation and finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Zuora Quote-to-Revenue solutions and finance operations priorities across the full revenue lifecycle.
• Lead complex implementation workstreams for Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, and Zuora Revenue.
• Translate client requirements into process designs, system configurations, and revenue recognition automation approaches.
• Guide teams through solution delivery, issue resolution, testing, and deployment activities across multiple project phases.
• Validate business and technical outcomes against client objectives and adapt plans based on feedback and changing needs.
• Develop stakeholder relationships across finance, technology, and operations groups to support program progress and adoption.
• Apply systems thinking to identify process gaps, streamline finance workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
• Coach team members through ambiguity while driving clear communication, accountability, and delivery momentum.
• Lead digital tool and AI-human collaboration efforts to improve analysis, implementation, and support activities.
• Assess risks, dependencies, and escalation points while maintaining momentum on large-scale finance transformation efforts.
