About The Position
As a Finance Solutions - Digital Revenue Operations - Senior Associate, you will focus on Zuora consulting services, helping clients improve quote-to-revenue processes through analysis, implementation, training, and support across business applications. You will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, and mentor junior team members while developing your technical skills and business context within PwC’s Advisory practice. You will help clients optimize operational efficiency, use platform knowledge to support solution delivery, and connect finance operations with broader business objectives. The role requires travel up to 60%.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- A Master's or Master of Business Administration degree is preferred.
- Skills in Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, or Zuora Revenue.
- Finance operations knowledge across order-to-cash processes.
- Ability to interpret data to guide revenue recognition automation insights.
- Ability to build client connections while navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Experience mentoring junior team members through changing project demands.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client revenue operations needs and translate them into Zuora-based solution approaches.
- Support Quote-to-Revenue implementation activities across Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, and Zuora Revenue.
- Develop and test revenue recognition automation workflows to improve finance process efficiency.
- Interpret business requirements and configure digital tools to support end-to-end finance operations.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution walkthroughs for client stakeholders.
- Validate solution behavior through testing, issue tracking, and defect resolution during implementation cycles.
- Build client relationships through responsive support and clear status updates across workstreams.
- Collaborate with finance teams to identify process gaps and recommend scalable system improvements.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address complex revenue operations scenarios and changing client needs.
- Guide junior team members by reviewing deliverables, sharing platform knowledge, and supporting task completion.
